Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods, we only issue refunds if a key is proven to be defective or invalid and cannot be replaced by our team. We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” once a key has been viewed or delivered.

We guarantee a working activation code. If your key fails to activate, our support team will help you troubleshoot. If the key is indeed faulty, we will issue a replacement immediately

If you purchased the wrong product and have not yet viewed or activated the key, please contact support immediately to see if an exchange is possible. Once a key is exposed, we cannot accept an exchange.
